The process

myVisit is Israel’s biggest public services appointment booking app. It provides thousands of bookings daily. Its vast admin and back office management capabilities required a brand new approach.

The Goal

My task was to turn this admin side from an old legacy on-prem product into a fresh and easy to sign-up and use SAAS environment.

The challenges

When starting with alegacy based product, the backward compatibility support is always the issue when trying to improve its flows and add new features. Not to mention the dozens of existing enterprise companies that have been using this product for years, and not so keen on changing their work habits

The solution

A new branding and business model were created to attract new customers seeking easy out-of-the-box solutions, still enabling the core features and power of the legacy product. I’ve created a new UI with a minimalistic concept along with bold colors so that “Younger” companies can relate.

The process

I've joined this project as a product designer and manager after development had started for a B2C version that soon pivoted to B2B marketing platform. Along with the entrepreneur and his team, we've created and redefined the entire product’s personas, user flows and features.

The Goal

A first of it's kind B2B marketing platform for smart and easy AI created influencer campaigns.

The challenges

Understanding marketers daily challenges was the starting point. Complex business needs and processes needed to be automated alongside full customization abilities. The Influencer side and thier relationships with marketers also required unique and un-othdox flows.

The solution

For the marketer side, a full featured campaign creation and management platform was created enabling quick and smart AI generated campaigns. For the influencers I designed a native app for getting campaign offers, managing their participation and finally getting paid through an in-app wallet.

The process

For three years this complex system was designed and developed. The process required many on-location tours and meetings with senior medical teams in this global scale operating rooms facility.

The Goal

This kind of institute requires a solution for extremely complexed and sensitive scenarios. All of which were managed on whiteboards and notebooks(!) resulting in an expensive time waste that could lead to fatal consequence.

The challenges

The patient flows in such a system is done mostly by automations and BPM (Which are also being created and managed with the interface) but still, many cases require manual interventions. This amount of micro-flows requires a great deal of on-screen features that can easily lead to a messy and hard to use interface. Using a wide verity of pop-ups, pop-overs and collapsible panels helped easing the load off the interface.
The medical center’s management decided on having a flexible system for future and yet unknown needs. They didn’t want to depend on development for changes, so administration screens were designed, creating a very “generic” system that could easily handle future unknown scenarios, other hospitals and even other industries.

The solution

The system allows management of the medical teams and patient flows in all planning and execution stages. The solution is integrating the local desktops, Wall-displays, Kiosks, employee and patient SMS massaging abilities and door card readers.

The process

Pelephone Communication company were searching for a way to manage their roaming sales agents, track their leads and progress and allow them a more efficient time management. Throughout the project, interviews and meetings with Pelephone’s sales managers and agents were held regularly in order to meet their unique business needs and involve them throughout the process.

The Goal

Save lost leads, wasted time and valuable customers were the main objective of this project. Also, enabling agents to have a clear and unified track of their work processes.

The challenges

Pelephone’s workflows where sometimes not so “intuitive” for the outside inspector. In such a case, creating a straightforward text-book interface will not due. Many business rules had to be met even with the price of violating some UX “rules” …

The solution

A unique calendar was created, integrating the agents personal Outlook account for an “holistic” view of their timetable. This calendar displays business information and offers features such as quick communication and navigation to customers, appointment summary, comments and action items. Agents managers can track and interfere with their agents work. Another crucial part of this project is the “Call center interface” that gives Pelphone’s call center the ability to oversee all the agent’s activity and schedule their appointments.

The process

Q-nomy’s flag ship “Q-Flow” is a leading B2B product for customer facing services and business processes. The portal is constantly growing with more tools and abilities, creating the company’s eco-system.

The Goal

The company’s web portal consists of tools to achieve greater customer success. This goal was approached by allowing organizations business departments configure their services in an environment was handled only by technical sys admins.
From marketing point of view, the portal showcases the company’s vision as an omni-channel customer service platform.

The challenges

Each of the tools developed was designed to support complex processes from within the main product, so many technical and legacy concerning issues had to be addressed. The vast and generic features had to be carefully selected to support most use cases and still be “realistic” for development deadlines.

1.Digital signage designer

A graphic interface for designing and executing kiosks and wall displays in service centers. This tool is a full featured graphic design interface that allows vast design and template creation options.

2.Visual journey - BPM creator

Another graphic interface for designing and executing BPM processes. The objects drawn are related directly to actual objects configured in the organization environment, enabling immediate creation of working processes.

3.Q-market

An application market for downloading apps to enhance the main platform. Apps are created by developers and then uploaded through an manual review process involving multiple stages.

When Q-Flow, an enterprise on-prem software, switched to a SAAS model many adjustments and additions were required. First and foremost - a subscription website. This website is the startpoint of the trial subscription and registration flow. It contains promotional info and a trial subscription form that triggers a set of automated emails and links to get your free trial up and running.

The need for this app evolved over the years of experiencing the unique vibes lunchtime brings to a workspace. Overhearing, participating and analyzing the processes that lead to a common lunch made me realize that this can be done better, faster, more accurate and much more fun.

Having lunch with some colleagues is a fun part of the day, but often comes with quit a lot of logistics- The who, the where, the what and the when. If a group of colleagues wishes to have lunch together, they will most probably use WhatsApp, SMS, Phone calls, note taking interfaces, restaurant finding interfaces and restaurant websites to complete this task. Not to mention local restaurants hard time to create real focused marketing campaigns for their often-returning local customers.

Teameating gamifies this process with a minimalistic and simple lunchtime planning and ordering app, integrated with the users relevant workplace colleagues.

A dashboard for doctors to analyze multiple patients results and recommend future tests and health advice. This is done remotely, without the doctors actually meeting or talking with the patients. Via this platform doctors can view test results, consult one another and send their diagnosis directly to the patients.

A free platform for small businesses to easly launch thier online shop

A tool for students and teachers to create and engage interactive in-class lessons. The students are divided into changing groups with the use of QR scanning on the group tables.Every lesson iteration consists of a personal learning space followed by a group assignment space.
The purpose is to enable social and personal learning skills while allowing the teacher to keep track on every individual and still manage the entire classroom.

This SAAS platform enables physical sale points to sell prepaid phone credit and bill payments.
It provides tools for the seller, manager, distributor and admin to manage complex payments, sales and marketing strategies.

This startup set out to revolutionize prescription renewal processes. Both for doctors who spend hours in a flooded inbox and for fraustraded patients desperately in need of quick prescription renewals.
In order to overcome the need to embed the system within existing medical platforms already in use by the medical organization, this entire platform was designed as a minimalistic floating widget, so doctors can always be informed on new and urgent pending requests.

I have done product design and management for this unique audio/ video platform from the very start. This is a social platform with the goal of enabling easy music creation and collaboration for musicians at all levels.
Given the complexity of music recording, each feature was carefully designed and then tested on users, and then adjusted based on feedback.

I have defined the development roadmap and tasks and worked closely with the dev team, sprint-by-sprint to see the vision take form.
I also designed the marketing needs for JAMBO. From branding to posts and banners, and also investors deck and one-pager.

This printer enterprise services company wanted to give their business customers a fast and premium support service. We came up with this interface for both the printers’ users and for department managers to overview the status and alerts for all printers in their offices.
Users can order materials, track service status, report malfunctions, and learn to solve common issues.

Another layer for this project was created in order to rent this platform as SAAS for printer service providers worldwide. To approach the new market, I created a new brand name called PiePrint and a landing page for getting sales leads.

Myplay provides junior and amateur sports leagues with a smart AI automated camera recording solution. This interface is a live-streaming platform for clubs, teams, and fans to follow live games, and view statistics and highlights.
I have designed this web app to have a social network look & feel so that clubs, teams, and players each get their own profile page where they can interact with their followers and show their accomplishments.

There are several user roles that were addressed in terms of features and permissions. A couch has the ability to analyze game statistics, A club admin can edit the display of sponsors while streaming, etc. I’ve also done a redesign of the logo to fit the vibe the company was looking for.
